Dr. Thomas practices preventive, whole-child pediatrics. Her lifestyle medicine training means she works with families on the everyday factors that shape a child's health — sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress — with guidance that's practical rather than aspirational.
Her mental health training through the REACH Institute allows her to recognize and support emotional and behavioral concerns early, at a stage when small changes tend to matter most.
She also has a particular interest in breastfeeding medicine. As an international board-certified lactation consultant, she helps new parents work through feeding challenges with clinical expertise and without judgment - a combination that's harder to find than it should be.
Whether a family arrives with an acute concern, a developmental question, or a long-term wellness goal, her aim is the same: understand the full picture, then leave the family with a clear, practical plan.
Outside the Office
Dr. Thomas lives in Alpharetta with her husband and their three children, which gives her firsthand appreciation for how busy family life actually is. Outside of work she mentors youth through her church, runs half marathons, cooks, and travels with her family.
Her approach to pediatrics reflects the same values: connection, balance, healthy habits, and being fully present for the person in front of her.
